Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
– Maintain product displays to ensure they meet the highest standards of presentation.
– Record and monitor prospect data, coordinating with the sales team to track sales progress through daily, weekly,
and monthly report.
– Contact prospects and customers and present the company’s products and services in line with the sales plan.
– Assess client needs and ensure accurate qualification of their requirements before redirecting them to the
appropriate team member.
– Configure products based on customer preferences regarding color, materials, and equipment options.
– Oversee the sales contract process, including payments and documentation management.
– Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
– Execute CRM initiatives, including loyalty and customer care programs.
– Oversee and implement the Ferrari contract plan for each customer.
– Foster relationships with partners for joint marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships.
– Provide support for company events and activities.
– Complete additional tasks as directed by the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
3. Administrative Support
– Welcome customers and prospects to the showroom, ensuring a seamless handover to the appropriate sales
representative.
– Manage incoming calls, online requests and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.
– Ensure the daily operation of the Sales Lounge and Consultant Room runs smoothly, always maintaining their
condition.
– Collaborate with the accounting team to manage payment collection and ensure accounts receivables are current.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
Requirements
- Educaton: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Entry-Level. If 2-3 years in sales support, CRM, or administration, ideally in luxury or automotive sectors.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales process are a plus. - Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. - Attributes: Professional, adaptable, and a team player.
- Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus.
- Car Driving License
