Mô tả công việc

Reception Area:

  • Daily check of the reception area to ensure cleanliness, equipment, and contractor staff.
  • Keep the service counter clean and take care of the plants.
  • Prepare customer support forms.

Customer Support:

  • Record information, notify the department head, and forward to relevant departments.
  • Provide project information when required.
  • Be familiar with building regulations, service procedures, and proficient in using the Property Cube application.

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports as directed.
  • Immediately report any unusual incidents or fire risks.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Coordinate with other departments in daily operations.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
