Mô tả công việc
- Support in checking the greetings and manners of Customer Service Officers at properties under Savills’ management through physical inspection or phone calls.
- Assist the customer service team in coordinating with the Human Resources department to receive information on the quantity of distributed uniforms and manage the contact and delivery details for employees.
- Support in ensuring that the inventory levels always meet the needs of the properties.
- Prepare the meeting/training room for training sessions and assist in checking and following up on the employee attendance list received from the HR department.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager or assigned manager.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
