Mô tả công việc

  • Support in checking the greetings and manners of Customer Service Officers at properties under Savills’ management through physical inspection or phone calls.
  • Assist the customer service team in coordinating with the Human Resources department to receive information on the quantity of distributed uniforms and manage the contact and delivery details for employees.
  • Support in ensuring that the inventory levels always meet the needs of the properties.
  • Prepare the meeting/training room for training sessions and assist in checking and following up on the employee attendance list received from the HR department.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager or assigned manager.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
