1.Job brief

• Department: Teacher Experience Department (TED)
• Location: On-site | Binh Thanh District
• Report line: Teaching Quality Assurance Officer
• Hours of Work: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT +7) | Monday – Friday | One hour break at noon

2. Responsibilities

Support to check daily activities relating to:

• Academic quiz results of new teachers;
• Booking schedule of new teachers for live technical check;
• Teaching Assistant (TA) daily report and KPI fulfillment;
• Feedback regarding teaching quality assurance activities:
  • From the teacher to TA:
  • From student to teacher
  • From teacher to student
  • Teacher’s feedback via google form
• Perform tasks in collecting/ filtering database for reports.

Process, policies, and regulation

• Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
• Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operations to the right standard;
• Update and make necessary reports.

• Other duties and admin tasks are given by the the team.
