Mô tả công việc
- Support for the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment processes such as posting jobs
on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests,
scheduling interviews, and data entry. - Manage, create, and update recruitment, social media content, and communication
messages on different platforms including external sourcing channels, Facebook groups,
Linkedin, etc. - Join in building a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.
- Be in charge of handling requests for either technical or non-technical positions
- Checking Reference.
- Support for the company’s activities related to recruitment and employer branding.
- Other tasks required by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business
Administration, or related majors. - Able to work full time in 6 months.
- Keen on HR, especially Recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented, friendly, organized, and highly responsible
- Proactive, able to handle multi-tasks
- Good computer skills (G-suite, Microsoft Office)
- Able to use tools: Canva, CapCut, Photoshop/Video edit tools, …
- Have a Laptop.
