Mô tả công việc


1. Product Training:

–       Actively participating in comprehensive training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products.

–       Utilizing acquired knowledge to design and maintain comprehensive training materials for the company’s products.

–       Delivering exceptional training sessions to groups of users, covering both web app and mobile app, to ensure the effective transfer of knowledge.

–       Conducting onsite training sessions 1-2 times per quarter, considering the limited number of clients currently. For the remaining time, the Product Trainer will be based at the office and provide customer support.

2. Customer Service Support:

–       Providing technical support to customers and fostering strong customer relations through troubleshooting voice processes (domestic calls).

–       Building sustainable relationships and going the extra mile to engage customers effectively.

–       Actively participating in educational seminars to continuously enhance knowledge and performance levels.

–       Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

–       Meeting personal and team targets, both qualitative and quantitative.

WORKING HOURS: 9AM – 6PM (Mon – Fri)

  • Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a solid background in providing exceptional support to customers.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English languages.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to work flexibly and adapt to various situations.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and embrace changes within the industry.
