- Responsible for all activities relevant to the reception and assisting customers with inquiries with professional attention according to Brand Standards.
- Ensures to provide excellent service to customers.
- Attends and participates in daily briefings, other meetings, and training sessions as scheduled.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Chinese/Russian speaking
- At least 1 years experience at the same position in 4 – 5 star hotel.
- Fluent in English
- Problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
