Mô tả công việc

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about hotel room services, air tickets or other services on the travel App
  • Assist customers with changing information and provide additional information as needed
  • Communicate with customers through chat/email/call/app channels (no sales)
  • Online interview before Tet Holiday, get a job after Tet Holiday
Thời gian làm việc
  • Working 8 hours/day, 6 days/week, 25 days/month
  • Rotating shifts (24/7), night shift from 21:00 - 6:00 (5-6 night shift/month)

  • Salary: 9.500.000 – 12.000.000 gross (Basic salary + allowance + KPIs)

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Graduated from University/College (temporary graduation certificate accepted, completed studies).
  • Good conversational English.
  • Having experience in customer service or contact center is a plus
  • Having worked in the Hotel, Travel or Hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts and can work on holidays.
