Mô tả công việc

* Customs clearance declaration:
– Prepare Data to submit Customs Declaration; Check HS Code and Vietnamese Name for import customs declaration.
– Audit & update HS Code & Vietnamese Name for re-declaration based on Customs officer’s feedback.
– Follow Testing Process and Special Application as Vietnamese Regulation for import cargo.
– Save shipment document and other related document in system as guideline

* Trucking operation:
– Receive and dispatch trucking order.
– Monitor each trucking trip including tracking each trip via GPS; Coordinating with Truckers & following up exception cases (if any).
– Update milestone of each trip (if any) & collect Cargo Receipt.

* AP/AR:
– Collect/check/arrange on-behalf payment to 3rd party (carrier surcharge, invoice of quality testing, government department & lift on/off).
– Handle Cost/Revenue in DCS including capture data & arrange Revenue Invoice/Cost Payment.
– Follow up and control outstanding from customer and long payment to vendor.

* Communication & Customer Relations:
– Keep communication among the related parties effectively and timely.
– Strong in problem solving of customs clearance & inland transportation with customers and sub-contractors.
– Visit Customers, sub-contractors when needed.

 

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Students who practice IMPEXP for 6 months are studying in their 4th year or graduating
  • Graduated in Chinese and no experience required.
Quyền lợi

Will support 5.3 million VND during the internship period.
