As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to our executives, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring that our leaders can focus on strategic initiatives. Your role is critical in maintaining efficiency and organization within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Manage filing systems and databases.
  • Project Management: Support and manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
