Mô tả công việc

  • Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to support tickets and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, both remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications.
  • Ensure all hardware and software are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Manage and monitor IT inventory and assets.
  • Assist with network configuration and administration, including Wi-Fi and VPN setup.
  • Assist with data backup and recovery operations.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS/Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
