Mô tả công việc

As an Electrician Supervisor, you will work under the guidance of our Technical Department to survey, install, operate, maintain, and repair all aspects of our electrical equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring adherence to approved standards, leading to optimum operating efficiency at all times.

Objectives/Accountabilities:

1.     Install and maintain electrical systems and components according to drawings, including:

2.     Inspect, test, repair, install, and modify electrical components and systems.

3.     Ensure compliance with established codes and standards during installation and modification of electrical systems and equipment.

4.     Perform work in accordance with electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.

5.     Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.

6.     Document repairs and service information accurately.

7.     Maintain adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.

8.     Calibrate equipment to provided specifications.

9.     Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.

10. Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.

11. Provide recommendations for improvements to existing electrical systems.

12. Anticipate and fulfil client’s needs promptly and efficiently.

13. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas.

14. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety and Company Policies.

15. Strive to exceed client expectations through aligned working practices.

16. Report any potential hazards observed during duty.

17. Effectively communicate in English with other departments.

18. Remain flexible and undertake related duties and special projects as instructed by direct manager.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

Preferred Knowledge/Qualifications:

  • Electrical certificate holder, minimum Intermediate Degree (Trung Cấp) in Electrical
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and installation
  • Ability to read electrical circuits and one-line drawings.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Age range: 25 to 35.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Good health and professional appearance.

  • Salary: Starting 15,000,000 VND Gross
  • 3-month Performance Bonus plus Tet Bonus based upon achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)

Flexible Work Arrangements: Enjoy a work-life balance with flexible hours (9 am - 6 pm, or come early and leave early) from Monday to Friday with weekends off. However, the role may require occasional early mornings, late nights, or weekend work to best serve our clients' needs.
