WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: As an intern, you will undergo comprehensive training in the existing workflow of our Customer Service (CS) team. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to various projects, allowing you to broaden your skill set and understanding of our overall operations.

There is a potential pathway for you to transition into a full-time role within our CS team. Your eligibility for this opportunity will be assessed based on your performance during the internship. Demonstrating your capabilities and being a great fit for the team will position you as a strong candidate for a permanent position if one becomes available.

Thời gian làm việc

WORKING HOURS: This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone from 9PM – 6AM (Mon – Fri). Flexibility and remote work options are available.
