  • ISC HRBP Support:
    • Execute and monitor engagement activities for factories
    • Logistics preparation and follow up on training & development activities (systemize & consolidate Skill matrix)
  • T&OE (Learning Culture): Lead the communication and execution of Learning Culture activities, including posters/video clips design and printing.
  • Rewards: Lead the communication & execution for Wellness Marathon: (EAP, Sport Clubs, Health Talks)
