1. Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Inspect and verify purchase vouchers, raw material warehousing and issuing documents.
\nMonitor and analyze raw material costs; compare standards with actual figures and report variances.
\nAssist in preparing and controlling the F&B budget.<\/p>\n

2. Inventory, Asset and Tools & Equipment Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

Assist in executing the inventory, asset, and tools & equipment management procedures for F&B.
\nReconcile physical inventory with the system, prepare variance reports, and propose solutions.
\nInspect incoming goods to ensure they match supplier invoices and documents.
\nCoordinate the control of damages, breakages, losses, and expired goods.
\nCoordinate periodic physical counts of inventory, assets, and tools & equipment.<\/p>\n

3. Accounting \u2013 Revenue \u2013 Receivables\/Payables<\/strong><\/p>\n

Receive and check the validity of documents and vouchers, and perform bookkeeping in accordance with regulations.
\nControl revenue, receivables\/payables, and cash-in and cash-out transactions arising at F&B.
\nControl and prepare revenue \u2013 expense \u2013 receivables\/payables reports for Hawaii Shop.
\nEnsure that revenue, expense, inventory, asset, and tools & equipment data are updated accurately and promptly.
\nAssist with other cash-in and cash-out operations of the Accounting Department.<\/p>\n

4. Reporting and Archiving<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prepare periodic reports and reports requested by management.
\nArchive accounting documents and books in accordance with hospital regulations and procedures.<\/p>\n

5. Coordination and Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and complete information regarding goods, services, invoices, and payments.
\nCheck, reconcile, and confirm customer payment information upon request.
\nAssist in providing accounting information to relevant departments within
