Job Description
- To be well-versed with Timezone’s games, products, promotions, and guest services and answering inbound enquiries via emails.
- Ensure proper guest relations and safeguard the company’s interests by resolving and taking appropriate actions on all guest complaints, issues, and suggestions.
- Exceed guest expectations that yield results and positive guest feedback.
- Develop strong relationships with guests and counterparts. Additional responsibilities and duties will be assigned based on the needs of the business.
- Other tasks as requested by Digital Manager.

- Creative, resourceful, and cheerful.
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese. Able to interact effectively with a diverse audience in 2 regions of Singapore & Vietnam.
- Fast learner and able to work with different systems (CRM) to review and address guests’ issues.
- Able to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Able to commit to 5 days of work per week and an intern period of at least 3 months
